Type II Annual SAS 70
Trust Management Network contracts with an outside auditing firm to complete its annual Type II SAS No.70. Provided to our clients annually, this report:

• Ensures that we are performing sound practices and complying with our written policies and procedures. The goal of our written procedures is to ensure that proper controls and separation of duties are being followed in all of our processes.
• Confirms for our clients that all operational activities are being monitored for effectiveness and compliance. Our internal policies and procedures manual was written under the guidance of our compliance director, a former OCC examiner.
